We create high quality custom pieces for chapters across the country, and we're growing quickly on both the product and brand side.About the RoleWe're looking for a creative, community minded individual to help drive brand presence and growth for our Greek life business. This role blends product development, community, and content.What You'll Own1) Product & trend research: keeping a pulse on what's resonating with our customers and informing what we make next.2) Content & community: helping collect, create, and distribute content that shows off our brand and builds relationships with our audience.3) Campus growth: helping us expand our presence on campuses across the country.Who You Are• Strong taste and instincts for what's resonating in Greek life and broader young women's fashion• Comfortable with outreach, building and maintaining relationships with people you don't know• Semi-proficient in Photoshop or similar design tools• Organized and self-directed
