Program Coordinators strive to continuously improve practices, maintain the company culture of employee respect and retention and maintain premium quality care, independence and advancement of clients that is the hallmark of the company.\n\nWage:\n\n$20.50-$22.50 per hour\n\nJob Duties:\n\nDirect Support: Program Coordinators provide direct support services to members using person-centered approaches and strategies that support members to be fully engaged and include in each aspect of his or her daily life, have maximum choice and control, and gain independence.\n\nCrisis Intervention: Program Coordinators are knowledgeable about crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution techniques and should match such techniques to particular circumstances and individuals.\n\nStaff supervision, training, and development: Program Coordinators coordinate and lead competency-based direct support staff training and professional development activities, including coaching and mentoring.\n\nOn Call: Program Coordinators are expected to always be on-call during the week. Program Coordinators are expected to be on-call on the weekends, unless they are off duty as a result of being part of an on-call coverage rotation with another Program Coordinator.
