This is a senior IC role with a clear path to growing into Head of Growth as we scale the team.\nWhat You'll Own\nExecution of our full growth marketing roadmap, with input on strategy\nGTM execution for new features and the deliverability platform expansion\nSEO + content (blog, LinkedIn, onboarding, support)\nEmail marketing: nurture flows, onboarding drips, affiliate campaigns\nWebinars + virtual events to build credibility and drive signups\nAnalytics + funnel reporting to optimize conversion\nSocial content (especially LinkedIn) and community development\nYou're a Fit If You...\nHave experience marketing a B2B SaaS product, ideally in sales tooling, cold email, or martech\nHave personally run cold email campaigns and understand deliverability pain firsthand (huge plus)\nAre a strong writer and strategist\nKnow SEO, content, and funnels cold\nWant ownership, not micromanagement\nEnjoy working async and independently, with fast decisions and direct comms\nHave excellent written English\nCompensation\nBase salary: $4K-$5.5K/month USD (DOE)\nQuarterly performance bonus\nRevenue share on growth milestones (real upside tied to MRR expansion)\nRemote setup budget + flexible PTO\nPath to Head of Growth title and equity-equivalent participation as we scale\nLocation\nRemote-first, async-friendly. Open globally. We've had strong results with candidates from Eastern Europe (Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Serbia), Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico), and the Philippines.
