Your expertise will help maintain compliance with industry standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and innovation.\nResponsibilities\nConduct comprehensive quality inspections on assembled products using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and schematics.\nPerform surface mount technology (SMT) testing and assembly verification to ensure proper placement and soldering of electronic components.\nUtilize non-destructive testing methods to evaluate product integrity without causing damage.\nCollect and analyze data related to quality control metrics, documenting findings accurately for review.\nFollow established ASME codes & standards to verify compliance during manufacturing and testing processes.\nUse hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assist in troubleshooting, repairs, or adjustments during testing phases.\nCollaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of defects and recommend corrective actions for quality assurance improvements.\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION\n1 1/2 Years Experience:\nHand and Power Tools (This needs to be with a physical employer, not just a hobby)\nQuality Inspection of parts and components\nBasic computer skills\nMust be able to document findings, send emails, pull work orders, etc.\nPhysical Requirements: basic lifting, bending, etc – 25 pounds/Standing for entirety of shift.\nWork Environment: close to a clean room and temp controlled – PPE is worn – booties over tennis shoes, hair and beard guards, safety glasses.\nPreferred Requirements:\nTest equipment experience including micrometers, calipers, other gages. Electrical – multimeters is a big plus.
