As a BDR at mysherpas, you will be the tip of the spear. You’ll master the fundamentals of the sales cycle, use industry-leading tech stacks, and work directly with leadership. We hire BDRs specifically to promote them into AEs.What You’ll DoEngage & Conquer: Actively prospect, qualify, and develop a pipeline of sales-ready opportunities through outbound efforts and inbound lead follow-up.Master the Climb: Articulate the mysherpas value proposition to high-level decision-makers, overcoming objections with grit and strategy.Set the Stage: Collaborate closely with Account Executives to schedule high-quality meetings and demos that drive revenue.Data Integrity: Maintain flawless records in our CRM to ensure no prospect is left behind and our growth is backed by clean data.Hit Your Peaks: Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments and pipeline generation.Who You AreHungry & Motivated: You win.
