Our users are real-world operators in the field, and the impact is immediate and tangible.\nThe stack is clean, modern, and optimized for speed and flexibility:\nFrontend: React.js, TailwindCSS, ShadCN\nBackend: Node.js (Express), PostgreSQL\nAI Integration: OpenAI, Claude Code\nInfrastructure: AWS\nWhat You’ll Do\nArchitect and scale full end-to-end systems using React + Tailwind on the frontend, and Node.js + PostgreSQL on the backend.\nCollaborate with a small team of 5 developers—setting technical direction, conducting code reviews, and enforcing best practices.\nTranslate product and business objectives into clear technical roadmaps.\nOwn projects in the software development lifecycle: from sprint planning and backlog refinement to testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.\nIntegrate advanced AI workflows and workflow automation.\nEnsure system performance, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency—involved with making key infrastructure decisions in AWS.\nSolve challenging problems through debugging, performance optimization, and innovation.\nDefine and improve engineering standards—tests, documentation, conventions, CI/CD, and automation.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of full stack development experience, with a strong command of Node.js, PostgreSQL, and React.\nProven leadership experience—leading teams, mentoring developers, and owning key initiatives.\nExperience with AI tools or APIs (OpenAI, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) is a major plus.\nFamiliarity with workflow automation tools like n8n or Zapier.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and scalable development practices.\nClean, well-documented code. Strong communication skills.
