Warehouse Manager

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth, efficient functioning across all departments. This leadership role is critical to optimizing operational processes, managing resources effectively, and driving productivity and profitability. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.Reports ToOperations ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesOperations Management• Monitor and manage all aspects of warehouse operations on a daily basis.• Develop and implement warehouse strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.• Oversee facility layout, logistics technology, and equipment maintenance.Inventory & Shipping• Manage inventory control, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory records.• Establish and enforce operational procedures for material handling and disposal.• Review and prioritize customer orders; delegate to the shipping department to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.• Coordinate pick-up appointments with freight trucking companies.• File claims with carriers for stock shortages or damaged goods.Customer Service & Systems• Assist the Customer Service team with tracking customer shipments.• Maintain daily updates in the warehouse management system (WMS).Safety & Compliance• Enforce all warehouse safety rules and forklift operation standards.• Partner with HR to maintain safety documentation and forklift operator training records.RequirementsEducation• Associate's degree or higher preferred.Experience• Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or fulfillment operations.• Demonstrated ability to lead warehouse teams and drive operational improvements.Certifications• Valid certification in Forklift, Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Turret operations required.Skills• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).• Ability to facilitate and participate in group meetings.• Flexible availability to support operational needs.Dental, Vision, Medical.Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $95,000.00 per yearEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledMilitary connected talent encouraged to applyTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.adecco.com/en-us/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:The California Fair Chance ActLos Angeles City Fair Chance OrdinanceLos Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for EmployersSan Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
