Technical Program Manager (.NET Developerment)

Job Title: Sr. Technical Program ManagerLocation: Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Node: Need local candidates (USC , GC)Job Description:Education & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldOver 10 years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership positionsStrong development background or hands-on experience with .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and MVCIn-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and order/inventory management platformsProven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and oversee large-scale enterprise programsAdept at solving complex problems and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutionsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholdersProficient in modern development and project management tools, including Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD pipelinesHands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)Understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and API connectivity within logistics and insurance domainsAgile/Scrum certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe PractitionerPMP or equivalent certification in program or project management
