Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize the full supply chain process including procurement, production planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logisticsDevelop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectivesLead demand planning and forecasting efforts to ensure appropriate inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excessIdentify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency improvements across the supply chainCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, finance, and vendors to ensure alignment and executionMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), inventory turns, and supplier performanceManage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are metOversee logistics operations including transportation, distribution, and third-party providersImplement and improve supply chain systems, processes, and best practicesLead, mentor, and develop supply chain team membersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations managementStrong knowledge of supply chain processes including planning, procurement, and distributionExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic, data-driven decisionsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience in manufacturing or CPG environments preferredPreferred Qualifications:APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP)Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experienceExperience managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
