We offer growth opportunities such as leadership training, industry conferences, and mentorship from experienced, passionate individuals.\nCandidates must be able to hold and maintain a security clearance, therefore U.S. citizenship is required.\nResponsibilities:\n\nServe as key member of the program design team, led by the program manager and tech lead , identifying technology and solution roadmaps to improve mission enterprise capabilities resulting in increased contract growth and improved customer satisfaction\nProvide technical and/or business consultative services throughout the complete lifecycle of solutions\nSpend a majority of time at customer locations building deep relationships with customer and intimate understanding of their mission\nOrganize and lead requirements gathering and solution design through collaborative sessions with customers, peers, partners and other technical resources\nArchitect solutions and present them to customers\nExplain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences\nPerform technical tasks to support client mission leveraging expertise in networks, cloud infrastructure and VSAT technologies\nConduct solution research and recommendations to support build/buy assessments\nIntegrate and configure prototype systems and participate in and propose R&D and solution development efforts related to IT automation, hardware platforms, and software versions\nA commanding technical knowledge of radio frequency (RF) cyber and monitoring system\nDemonstrate and train clients on solutions\nTroubleshoot solution deployment issues\nTravel to customer locations (Wash DC Metro area) to support Program Manager or Business Development engagements, and technological approaches for IT Managed Services and IT modernization capabilities including Software Development, Network Services, Cloud Services, Satellite, and other modern technologies\nPartner with the Business Development team in supporting the shaping and development of technical solutions and industry relationships via new business reviews, white papers, customer technical support calls, participate in customer demos and the Win Plan process for larger franchise opportunities.\nQualifications:\nDeep understanding of networking fundamentals and common architectures\nThe ideal candidate will have a BS or MS degree in a Technology related field, industry certifications, or equivalent experience.\nRecognized expert technologist with at least 5-10 years of experience in mission software solutions, commercial cloud solutions, end-user security basics, radio frequency ( RF), and encryption\nAbility to develop, manage, and implement a technology roadmap and portfolio\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, along with public speaking skills\nAbility to influence and persuade others, as well as handle difficult negotiations requiring a well-developed sense of strategy\nLocation: Washington Metropolitan Area with ability to travel to customer sites across the region\nPotential for 10% travel beyond the WMA\n\nOur Benefits\nMedical, Dental and Vision Coverage\n401(k)\nVacation and Sick Leave\n11 Federal Holidays\nProfit Sharing Options\nLaundry Service\nCatered Lunches\nFully Stocked Kitchens with Drinks and Snacks\nField Trips\nFlexible Hybrid Work\nGym Facilities\n\nWe are sensitive to the work-life balance and aim to provide tailored schedule options when needed.
