As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Lead EHS Advisor to join our Safety Team.\n\nYou will be responsible for coordinating Croda’s Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) programs to support operations, laboratory, and maintenance functions, including related construction projects. We are committed to fostering an environment where you can grow, make a meaningful impact, and thrive.\nBachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, Engineering, or Science.\nMinimum of 5-7 years of professional safety, health, and environmental experience, preferably in a manufacturing and/or construction environment within the chemical industry.\nStrong knowledge of, and practical experience with, interpreting and complying with local, state, and federal SHE regulations including air and water quality and EPCRA requirements.\nDemonstrated ability to critically think and analyze SHE-related data, complete thorough SHE risk assessments including permit-to-work assessments, and promote a culture of injury/illness prevention. Strong technical, interpersonal, organizational, and written/oral communication skills.\nWorking knowledge of FDA regulations, NFPA regulations, and OSHA regulations.\nMust have oral and written proficiency in the English language.\nQEP, CSP, CIH, or CHMM certification is a plus.\nDon’t meet all the qualifications?
