Learn more about our benefits .\nRole Summary\nWe are looking for a Technical Program Manager 3 to lead cross-functional execution for new product development programs from concept through launch readiness. In this role, you will partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and business stakeholders to drive alignment, manage risk, and help deliver complex technical programs on time and within budget.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead end-to-end program execution for new product development initiatives from concept planning through development, validation, implementation, and launch readiness\nDrive programs through the phase-gate product development process, ensuring alignment on milestones, deliverables, risks, and key decisions at each stage\nBuild and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, dependencies, and risk management strategies to support successful execution\nPartner closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and business stakeholders to drive progress and resolve issues\nLead program reviews and provide clear communication on status, risks, mitigation plans, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership\nTrack deliverables through dashboards, action-item logs, reports, and checklists to maintain accountability and follow-through\nIdentify program obstacles, analyze root causes, and drive cross-functional solutions to keep development efforts on track\nHelp teams navigate tradeoffs related to scope, schedule, cost, and technical execution\nMonitor program cost performance and support progress against financial and operational objectives\nContribute to process improvements that strengthen execution, team effectiveness, and new product development outcomes\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience in technical program management, project management, or a related role supporting complex product or technology development efforts\nExperience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders\nStrong experience building and managing project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables\nExperience supporting new product development or other complex technical programs\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to influence without direct authority and build consensus across teams with competing priorities\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in the semiconductor industry, or in a similarly complex new product development environment, is preferred but not required\nExperience working within a phase-gate product development process\nFamiliarity with cross-functional product development environments involving engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull time\nEmployee Type:\nAssignee / Regular\nTravel:\nYes, 10% of the Time\nRelocation Eligible:\nYes\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
