{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"f80fcb96d670fa4e68bec048","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/f80fcb96d670fa4e68bec048","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/f80fcb96d670fa4e68bec048","title":"Electrical Superintendent","description":"Electrical Superintendent\nPremier renovation general contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction operations, manage multiple crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.\nThis position requires strong leadership, field coordination, and the ability to manage multiple job sites and electrical crews.\nResponsibilities\nSupervise and manage multiple electrical crews across multiple job sites.\nPlan and coordinate installation of electrical systems including switchgear, feeders, lighting systems, generators, and underground electrical.\nInterpret electrical plans, specifications, and blueprints and communicate scope to field crews.\nEnsure all work complies with local codes, building codes, and electrical safety standards.\nCoordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules.\nMonitor job productivity, quality, and project costs.\nMaintain field documentation including timesheets, production reports, and job logs.\nWork closely with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors.\nSupervise and mentor field personnel (15+ electricians).\nIdentify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving forward.\nProject Documentation\nPrepare and submit RFIs (Requests for Information) when clarification of plans or specifications is required.\nReview and manage submittals for electrical materials and equipment.\nPrepare and track CORs (Change Order Requests) and assist with pricing related to scope changes.\nMaintain documentation of field changes and coordinate with project management.\nEstimating & Technical Skills\nPerform complete electrical takeoffs from construction plans.\nPrepare project estimates and assist with bid preparation.\nReview proposal specifications and drawings to determine project scope.\nRequest and review supplier quotes for materials and equipment.\nPrepare change order estimates and cost breakdowns.\nRequirements\nJourneyman Electrician Certification or equivalent experience preferred.\nExperience managing multiple electrical crews and job sites.\nStrong knowledge of electrical systems, Title 24 lighting controls, switchgear, feeders, underground electrical, and generators.\nExperience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.\nStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.\nProven ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.\nPay: $100,000.00 -
