This role blends quality assurance with IT support expertise, ensuring reliability, performance, and usability across Windows-based systems and infrastructure.What You Will OwnDesign, develop, and executetest plans and test cases for Windows-based applications and systems.Validatesoftware packages, installations, upgrades, and configurations in Windows environments.Perform QA validationon endpoint management solutions, includingMicrosoft Intunedeployments.Test and troubleshootWindows OS deployments and task sequence issues across multiple versions (Windows 10/11, Windows Server).Support and validateVM environments, including provisioning, configuration, and testing.Install, configure, and troubleshootHyper-Venvironments and virtual machines.Validatefile system operations, permissions, and enterprise file management processes.Performregression, functional, and system testing across enterprise IT workflows.Documentdefects clearly and work with development to drive resolution.Supportautomation initiatives where applicable to improve QA efficiency.Required Qualifications3–6+ yearsof experience in QA Engineering with strong Windows ecosystem exposure.Hands-on experiencebuildingOS deployment imagesand task sequences for Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.ExperiencewithMicrosoft Intuneor similar endpoint/device management platforms.Strong knowledgeof software packaging, installation, and troubleshooting.Experience workingwithvirtual machinesand virtualization platforms.Practical experiencewithHyper-Vinstallation, configuration, and support.Backgroundin IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support environments.Solid understandingof file systems, permissions, and enterprise file management.Strong troubleshootingand root cause analysis skills.Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.Preferred BackgroundExperience with test automation tools or scripting ( PowerShellpreferred).Familiarity with Azure-based environments and cloud-managed endpoints.Exposure to security practices, patching, and vulnerability validation.Experience in enterprise IT environments supporting multiple users/endpoints.Windows deployment processesEndpoint Management (Intune)
