The FS: Maintenance Supervisor must perform all essential duties satisfactorily and promptly while effectively managing personnel and project obligations.\nResponsibilities And Duties\nReview proper maintenance techniques and requirements set forth by equipment manufacturers.\nMaintain maintenance logs for all process equipment, to be completed by yourself and field personnel, based on manufacturer requirements. Update log format as needed.\nComplete daily logs, detailing maintenance performed, and daily T&M tickets, indicating maintenance performed.\nComplete daily payroll for employees and self.\nCollaborate with Accounting personnel on required billing.\nCollaborate with Accounting personnel on cost coding of project expenses.\nOrdering and purchasing of materials required for maintenance.\nManage and direct maintenance staff on daily maintenance activities.\nResponsible for personnel management, including tasks such as scheduling employees, payroll tracking and reporting, PTO approvals, and incident or accident reporting.\nStrive to meet and exceed plants expectations of down time during plant maintenance.\nAttend and participate in client maintenance meetings.\nOrdering, management, maintenance and inventory of department tools and equipment.\nOrdering, management, and inventory of required plant maintenance materials.\nLeadership\nAct as a steward of Bearing culture and behave in a manner that sets a positive example for others to follow.\nParticipates in job site safety activities, such as safety meetings and safety walks.
