Collaboration is key, and they operate As One with their team and cross functional partners to deliver timely, relevant, high impact learning experiences aligned with DHL standards.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nCollaboration & Quality Assurance\nPartner with SMEs and internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business needs.\nManage tasks within multiple projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on time, high quality learning solutions.\nCollaborate As One with team members and cross functional teams to design, refine, and deploy learning content.\nGather learner insights, performance data, and stakeholder feedback to continuously enhance learning effectiveness.\nDesign & Development\nCreate blended learning solutions to achieve effective learning outcomes for a variety of learning styles and requirements.\nDesign end to end learning experiences that integrate instructional strategy, visual design, and learner centered methodologies to drive measurable outcomes.\nDevelop learning assets, including eLearning modules, instructor-led modules, facilitator guides, job aids, multimedia components, and interactive digital tools.\nInnovation & Technology\nBuild content using authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.\nProduce multimedia experiences using tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Descript.\nEnhance visual appeal and engagement through Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).\nUtilize interactive and gamification platforms to strengthen participation and retention.\nIntegrate content into Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs) such as Degreed or EdCast.\nLeverage AI-powered tools such as Synthesia, Descript, and Copilot for ideation, video generation, editing, and optimization.\nExplore VR/AR solutions (CenarioVR, Adobe Aero) to build immersive learning experiences.\nResearch and evaluate emerging learning technologies to elevate the DHL learning ecosystem.\nEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, or equivalent professional experience.\n3-5 years of related work experience required.\nStrong ability to manage tasks on multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver high quality work within tight deadlines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProven ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholder groups.\nDemonstrated experience designing eLearning and blended learning programs using modern instructional design models.\nStrong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to translate complex information into accessible learning experiences.\nProficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.\nExperience with multimedia tools (Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Descript).\nGraphic design capability using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.\nFamiliarity with interactive platforms (Kahoot!
