We are seeking motivated individuals eager to apply their technical skills in a fast-paced setting that values precision, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nSupport manufacturing with technical troubleshooting and production issue resolution.\nAssemble, modify, repair, and validate engineering and production hardware.\nTroubleshoot electronic assemblies to the component level.\nPerform electrical testing, calibration, and verification.\nBuild engineering prototypes and pilot production units.\nDevelop and maintain engineering fixtures and production test equipment.\nSupport Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).\nAssist with manufacturing documentation and work instructions.\nParticipate in root cause investigations and corrective actions.\nSupport engineering validation and new product introduction activities.\nMinimum Skills & Background\nAssociate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent technical experience.\nExperience assembling and troubleshooting electronic systems.\nStrong soldering and rework skills.\nAbility to read electronic schematics and engineering drawings.\nExperience with oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, and laboratory equipment.\nStrong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.\nStrong knowledge of electrical engineering principles including schematic reading and interpretation of circuit diagrams.\nExperience with PCB design, circuit boards assembly, surface mount technology (SMT), and soldering techniques.\nSkilled in electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting equipment failures, and performing root cause analysis on complex electronic systems.\nExcellent hand tool skills for assembly/disassembly tasks involving electronic components.\nJoin us to leverage your technical expertise in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation!
