We have worked on complex initiatives and have received awards for our growth and innovation.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a hands-on Implementation Specialist to support the onboarding and success of customers using our Last Mile Transportation Management System (TMS). This is an individual contributor role focused on delivering high-impact implementations, driving operational efficiencies through data insights, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers throughout their journey. The role includes managing the implementation of nuVizz TMS platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and defining product requirements, additionally you will also be responsible for driving product strategy and ensuring successful product launches. This is a full-time hybrid position for a Product Specialist.Key ResponsibilitiesLead discovery sessions with prospective and new customers to understand business requirements and demonstrate how our Last Mile TMS solution can optimize delivery operationsAnalyze customer data to identify opportunities for route optimization, cost reduction, and service improvementsConfigure and implement the TMS platform for new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experienceTroubleshoot technical and operational issues that may limit customers from fully leveraging the platformCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define new features and enhancements based on customer and market needsSupport testing and validation of new product functionalities to ensure quality and usabilityDevelop deep expertise in platform capabilities, including advanced and niche functionalitiesMentor and train junior team members on system usage and implementation best practicesDesign and document workflows, including process mapping and flowcharting for customer operationsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field5–10 years of experience in systems implementation, consulting, or product-focused roles within supply chain or logisticsHands-on experience implementing Transportation Management Systems (TMS), with a strong preference for last-mile solutionsPrior experience working as product implementation consultant with companies such as Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, or similar TMS/WMS solutionsStrong understanding of transportation operations and broader supply chain conceptsExperience working directly with customers in a consultative or implementation capacityProven ability to design and implement functional workflows and business processesTechnical SkillsWorking knowledge of databases and REST APIsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approachAbility to translate business requirements into technical and operational solutionsCore CompetenciesExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work in distributed teamsSelf-driven with a high sense of ownership and urgencyAbility to work independently in a remote environmentExperience supervising or mentoring small project teams is a plusFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)What We’re Looking ForA hands-on problem solver who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and operationsSomeone who is curious, adaptable, and passionate about continuous learning in logistics and supply chain innovationA candidate who prefers execution and delivery over purely managerial responsibilitiesTravel: 30-40% on an as needed basis
