We guide those responsible for developing next-generation workspaces across the US, using a methodology that offers clients critical insight and control over their projects at every step, resulting in an elevated process and final product.SummaryThe Project Superintendent, Account Management plays a critical role in the successful execution of construction projects, acting as the on-site supervisor responsible for coordinating subcontractors, overseeing remodeling within occupied retirement and senior living communities, and ensuring that construction aligns with the project goals. This role requires an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented professional that will manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure project schedules are maintained, and uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism while working in sensitive senior living environments.Your Knowledge And Skills5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or Foreman in commercial remodeling or occupied renovation projectsExperience working in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or occupied facilities preferredStrong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulationsAbility to read blueprints and construction documentsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with construction management software, Microsoft Office and SalesforceOSHA 30 certification preferredValid driver’s license and reliable transportation, truck and tools preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProfessional demeanor when interacting with residents and staffAttention to detail and quality controlAbility to work in fast-paced, occupied environmentsYour ResponsibilitiesSupervise all on-site construction activities for remodeling and renovation projectsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and inspectionsMaintain project schedules and ensure milestones are completed on timeEnforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policiesEnsure quality workmanship and compliance with project specificationsCommunicate daily with project managers, facility staff, residents, and ownership representativesMinimize disruption to residents and maintain a safe, clean work environmentConduct daily site inspections and resolve field issues proactivelyReview plans, specifications, and scope of work documentsTrack labor, materials, and job progress through daily reportsManage punch lists and ensure successful project closeoutAttend project meetings and provide progress updatesMay need to perform occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate facility operationsHow We Measure Your SuccessCurrent Value of Open Construction Projects in Account ManagementCurrent Value of Project Lead Resource for Projects in Construction StageDays of Variation of Project Schedule for Completed ProjectsTotal Value of Completed ProjectsTotal Actual Gross Profit of Completed ProjectsPhysical RequirementsBe able to lift up to 50 lbs.Be able to climb laddersBe able to stand for a long period of timeBe able to reach, bend, crawl and climb as associated with supervising a job siteBe able to supervise job sites including travel to siteMust be willing to maintain all CDC guidelinesMust be able to frequently walk, climb stairs, and lift construction-related materials
