The Project Engineer will utilize advanced construction management software and technical skills to support project planning, scheduling, and execution.\nResponsibilities\nAssist in developing and managing project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software.\nCollaborate with project teams to coordinate activities, resources, and timelines effectively.\nRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.\nSupport construction estimating processes and review contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements.\nUtilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard software for project documentation and communication.\nMonitor project progress on-site and in the office to identify potential delays or issues early.\nCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow on construction sites.\nAssist in maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations during project execution.\nPrepare reports on project status, risks, and opportunities for senior management review.\nContribute to project closeout activities including documentation compilation and lessons learned.\nExperience\nProven experience in construction management or civil engineering roles with a focus on project coordination or site supervision.\nFamiliarity with construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid is preferred.\nHands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings is essential.\nProficiency in Primavera P6 or Primavera P3 for project scheduling is required; experience with Civil 3D is a plus.\nKnowledge of contracts management, construction site safety protocols, and construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam is highly desirable.\nStrong understanding of project management principles including scope control, time management, and resource allocation.\nExcellent communication skills for effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
