Thank you!OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Director, Business Technology to provide leadership across enterprise business applications and technology platforms, primarily Source-to-Pay related systems. This role is best suited for a strong IT applications leader who can guide teams, manage technology initiatives, support platform stability, and partner with business stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment.The ideal candidate will bring experience leading enterprise applications, managing cross-functional initiatives, supporting system integrations, and driving technology improvements across business-critical platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership across enterprise business technology platforms and related applicationsGuide application management, system support, incident resolution, and platform stabilization effortsPartner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, resolve issues, and support roadmap executionOversee integrations, development activities, vendor coordination, and system improvement initiativesLead and support technology projects related to enterprise applications, workflow automation, analytics, risk management, and AI-enabled capabilitiesProvide day-to-day guidance to team members, including prioritization, escalation support, meetings, and regular check-insCommunicate project status, risks, recommendations, and technical updates to senior stakeholdersQualifications8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, IT systems, business technology, or related technology leadership rolesExperience supporting enterprise business applications or technology platformsStrong understanding of application management, incident management, integrations, vendor coordination, and system enhancement processesProven ability to lead teams, manage escalations, and drive decisions in a complex enterprise environmentStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience supporting technology roadmaps, platform improvements, and cross-functional initiativesPreferred QualificationsExperience in regulated or enterprise-scale environmentsFamiliarity with compliance, audit, SOX, or validated systemsExperience with business applications related to contract management, supplier/vendor management, risk management, master data, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled technology platformsTop PrioritiesEnterprise applications leadershipBusiness technology platform experienceStrong stakeholder managementApplication stabilization and support experienceAbility to guide teams and drive technology initiatives
