Join Brave Steps ABA as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serving military families in Tampa (primarily North Tampa area). Start hourly at $65–$75/hr with the option to grow into a full-time salaried role. About the Role As a BCBA with Brave Steps ABA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting military children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. You will design, supervise, and guide individualized ABA treatment plans in home and community settings, working closely with families and RBTs to ensure meaningful progress. This is an hourly role ($65–$75/hr) to start, with the option to transition to a full-time salaried position. What You’ll Do Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment goals Design and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide Direct Therapy in school and at home when necessary. Supervise and mentor RBTs Provide parent/caregiver training Document sessions and treatment plans in Raven Health Collaborate with families, providers, and team members Why Brave Steps ABA?
