This role will work closely with aggregate operations management to inform them of required maintenance based on telematics and testing data, track life cycle costs, and assist in the development of asset replacement and rebuild schedules.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSReview and analyze asset telematics data to monitor and assess equipment condition and performanceMonitor real-time data and alerts to make proactive shutdown recommendations to business leadersConduct condition-based monitoring of assets using telematics dataReview third-party oil analysis results to assess equipment health and make informed maintenance recommendationsSupport the development and maintenance of reporting metrics to track asset health and performanceCreate and design custom reports tailored to asset performance, maintenance costs, and operational needsTrack life cycle costs of assets ensuring cost effective maintenance and replacement strategiesInform operations management of required maintenance based on telematics and testing data in a timely mannerProvide data-driven service and maintenance recommendations to optimize asset performance and reduce downtimeMaintain records and documentation related to assets, services, and maintenance activitiesAssist in the development of asset replacement and rebuild schedulesFollow all company policies and applicable local, state, and federal regulationsOther duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededQUALIFICATIONSEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAt least 3 years of experience in industrial operations, logistics, or a related field requiredExperience in data analysis, preferably within asset management or a related area, requiredExperience with telematics systems preferredExperience with condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance preferredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data setsExcellent communication skills to effectively inform and collaborate with various audiencesAbility to learn and understand data analysis toolsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsFamiliarity with third-party oil analysisProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to work independently with minimal guidanceAbility to compile and present analytical data in an organized mannerAbility to engage and influence with all levels of managementAbility to distill complex data into concise and easily understood concepts and recommendationsAbility to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, and weekends as neededPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSLift, push, or pull objects of various dimensions up to 50 lbs. of weight repeatedlyAbility to perform 80% sedentary work and tolerate prolonged standing/sitting/walkingAbility to repeatedly climb stairs and climb laddersAbility to repeatedly balance, bend from the trunk, crawl, kneel, push and pull objectsAbility to tolerate working in all environmental temperatures and weather conditionsAbility to repeatedly reach, squat, or walk on uneven surfacesEEO Statement:
