This role is responsible for ensuring process compliance, driving continuous improvement, enhancing process stability, and supporting product quality through data-driven controls and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and suppliers to implement best practices, resolve process issues, and support operational excellence across the Wax Department.\n\nInterested?\nIf you have any of the below skills, we would love to talk to you about your next career move:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Materials Science, or Manufacturing Engineering.\nA minimum of 3 years of manufacturing industry experience.\nEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
