As a Community Manager, you’ll oversee a multi-million-dollar property, managing everything from leasing and resident relations to marketing, maintenance, and team development. You’ll play a critical role in driving occupancy, increasing revenue, and leading successful lease-up strategies for new or repositioned communities.In this role, you will:Lead all leasing activities, including outreach marketing, prospect generation, and resident retention initiativesDevelop and execute strategic marketing and leasing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue goalsBuild and motivate a high-performing onsite team focused on leasing success and resident satisfactionMonitor market trends, competitor pricing, and traffic to maximize property performanceEnsure exceptional customer service throughout the prospect and resident journeyOversee daily operations, financial performance, and compliance standards while maintaining the highest level of community presentationThis role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.What we’re looking for: 2–3 years of management experience in multi-family properties (preferred)Previous lease-up experience strongly preferredProven ability to drive occupancy and achieve leasing goalsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and payroll softwareStrong organizational, marketing, and team leadership abilitiesHow we reward you: Growth and promotion opportunitiesInsurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)401(k) with 50% matchPaid Time Off and holidaysApartment discounts and commissions/bonusesAdvenir Azora Living is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace, committed to diversity and inclusion.Advenir Living
