W2\r\nSystem One IT has a long-term contract opening for a Risk Analyst – Control Testing, supporting a leading financial services customer. Work is hybrid – 3 days a week onsite in Vienna, VA.\r\nThis individual will participate in the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process by performing control testing in the Security areas (primarily fraud operations and information security).\r\nResponsibilities\r\nExecute design assessments on assigned controls.\r\nFollow enterprise guidelines and accepted sampling techniques to select appropriate samples for testing.\r\nExecute control performance testing on assigned controls.\r\nDocument analysis, conclusions and findings following enterprise guidelines.\r\nIdentify root cause of identified deficiencies and assist in the development of remediation plans.\r\nPerform other duties as assigned.\r\nQualifications and Soft Skill Requirements\r\nThree to five years prior testing experience in internal audit or an RCSA program.\r\nAdvanced understanding of audit techniques and risk management frameworks.\r\nStrong analytical thinking skills, organization, and attention to detail.\r\nAble to manage multiple priorities and tasks under tight timeframes.\r\nStrong oral and written communication skills. Ability to clearly document and discuss findings with various levels of management.\r\nDesired Skills\r\nRelevant certifications (CIA, CISA, CPA) a plus.\r\nPrior experience evaluating security business areas, including fraud operations.\r\nSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
