Wild Spring Dunes will be a public golf resort and refuge with world-class golf, accommodations, and homesites. With authenticity and a hard-working attitude, Wild Spring Dunes helps guide guests through an immersive experience in Wisconsin's natural beauty and away from the demands of daily life.What You'll Be DoingAs a Reservations Agent, you help shape each guest’s time at Wild Spring Dunes from the very beginning. You will plan and coordinate golf, lodging, dining, and other experiences, making sure every detail is clear, accurate, and set up to carry through once the guest arrives. This role sits at the center of the guest experience and connects directly to how each stay comes together.What You'll DoBook golf, lodging, dining, and other resort experiences by phone, email, and in personProvide clear, accurate information about the property, offerings, and policiesAnswer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system, supporting both future and in house guestsBuild and maintain guest profiles and reservation detailsReview reservations to ensure accuracy and completenessComplete follow up and reservation documentation in a timely and consistent waySupport Group Reservations and assist the Front Desk when neededStay familiar with the property, including courses, lodging, dining, and surrounding areaAssist with data entry and administrative tasks as neededIdentify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency within the processAdditional duties as assignedWhat You BringWhat You BringHigh school diploma required; college degree preferredClear communication and a professional, approachable way of working with guests and teammatesAttention to detail, organization, and follow throughAbility to manage multiple priorities and stay focused during busy timesComfort working through questions, solving problems, and making decisionsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelWillingness to learn reservation systems such as Agilysys and other resort toolsComfort working with numbers and reservation detailsA professional presence in how you communicate and represent the resortFlexibility to work evenings and weekends as neededExperience in hospitality, golf, or a reservations environment is helpfulPerks And Benefits For Full-Time EmployeesGolf PrivilegesRestaurant Discounts (Future)Retail DiscountsUniform AllowanceEmployee Meal ProgramEmployee Assistance Program – CanopyTake advantage of this chance to be part of something extraordinary.
