Together, we are building a future of health that is better and more accessible for all.The Senior Media Specialist brings experience in traditional and local marketing to promote health screenings and clinical studies. In collaboration with our Senior Media Specialist, they will work on non-digital channels that improve our overall reach, improve efficiency and expand into new channels.How You'll Make An ImpactOwn Campaign Activation and OptimizationPlan for media allocated to our health screening programs and clinical studies on traditional / localized media as well as manage relationships with vendorsIdentify new growth channels and execute testingA/B test creative continuously across all channelsWork with Growth Marketing Manager and Content Development teams to share insights on performance and continuously improve campaignsCross-Functional CollaborationWork with operational, clinical and other teams to plan advertising campaigns and get insight on participant feedbackData-Driven Growth & ReportingManage reports and dashboards to track creative and audience performance over time.Develop strategies that focus on conversion, as well as improve top and mid-funnel campaigns to increase awareness and educationWork with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, and operations) to drive data-backed marketing solutionsOther ResponsibilitiesManage local listings through listing management toolOther ad hoc responsibilities as neededProvide support to public relations efforts and communicationsThe Expertise RequiredYou have 5+ years of experience in marketing (traditional or localized marketing, preferably in healthcare)You can proactively define and recommend strategies to senior leaderYou have a strong understanding and experience with A/B testingYou have excellent communication and project management skillsYou have strong project management skills including planning resources, managing deadlines, and objectives, delivering recommendationsYou are good with numbers, able to calculate performance of campaigns and able gather conclusionsCertifications/Licenses, Education, and ExperienceMinimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar fieldHow We Work TogetherLocation : Remote within the United States. This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a remote office environment.Travel :This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements.
