Your primary focus will be to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure the store operates smoothly. You will lead a high-performing team, foster a culture of accountability and growth, and play a key role in delivering store-level results.\nRole and Responsibilities\nKUIU seeks an experienced retail professional. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role will:\nLeadership & Team Development\nAssist in leading, recruiting, training and developing a high-performing team of lead and sale\nassociates\nAssist in performance management, and succession planning to drive team effectiveness and engagement.
