Check out our additional perks.\nIf you work full-time, you can earn up to 15 days of paid time off (PTO) after 90 days of employment.\nIf you work part-time, you are eligible for sick leave.\nSpecifics to This Position:\nWorking with kids aged 2-22 with autism and special needs in their homes, schools, or in one of our centers.\nSchedule overview:\nPart-Time, with potential to build to Full-Time\nHours fall between 8am-7pm EST Monday-Friday and possible weekends\nA few evenings per week until 7pm will be required\nEarn starting pay at $18.00/hr and up with experience.\nWhat You Have:\nMeet the minimum age requirement of 18 (on or before the first day of employment).\nEligibility to work in the United States.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nValid Driver’s License and personal vehicle required.\nAvailability to work a consistent weekly schedule: mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings.\nThe ability to pass a background check.\nNot to mention, it’s a plus if you:\nAre bi-lingual, with English/Spanish fluency.\nStudied, majored, or minored in psychology, education, special education, childcare, behavioral health, health science, or a related field.\nHave experience working with children, whether as a babysitter, nanny, tutor, teacher, coach, camp counselor, or some other form of childcare.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nGaining training and skills to support a career in behavior analysis, behavioral health, teaching, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, counseling, mental health, and parenting.\nCreating lasting, positive change for children and their families.\nPhysical requirements vary and are based on specific client assignments. You may be asked to engage in any of the following: push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds and move quickly, according to client needs.
