We are seeking an experienced Lead Veterinary Client Service Representative to help guide our front desk team and elevate the client experience.Position SummaryThe Lead CSR plays a critical role in managing daily front office operations while delivering outstanding customer service. This role works closely with hospital leadership to ensure smooth workflow, staff coordination, and an exceptional client experience from check-in to check-out.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team SupportSupervise and mentor CSR team membersAssist with training and onboarding new hiresProvide coaching, feedback, and performance supportHelp create and maintain a positive, team-oriented cultureClient Service & CommunicationDeliver exceptional service to clients in person and over the phoneHandle escalated client concerns with professionalism and empathyEnsure clear, accurate communication between clients and medical staffOperations & WorkflowManage appointment scheduling to maximize efficiency and patient careOversee front desk workflow and daily task completionMaintain accurate patient records and billing processesEnsure adherence to hospital policies and proceduresAdministrative DutiesSupport inventory coordination for front office suppliesAssist with reporting, scheduling adjustments, and staffing coverageServe as liaison between the front desk and the leadership teamQualifications2+ years of veterinary or medical front office experience requiredPrevious leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong customer service and conflict resolution skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with practice management software (Vetspire is a plus)What We OfferStarting pay at $23/hr, with competitive pay based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidaysEmployee pet discountsOpportunities for professional growth and advancementSupportive, team-based work environmentWhy Join Us?This is an opportunity to take the next step in your veterinary career by combining leadership with client care.
