The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This is achieved through performing various sales operations functions, including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do, and believe that with our teams, we are the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!\n\nFunctional Responsibilities\nOperational Excellence\n\nProcess merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and easily located for replenishment for the sales floor, reorganizing merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.\n\nEnsure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.\n\nCorrectly enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices to items received as applicable, and accurately and timely complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests.\n\nEnsure visual packet materials, props and signage are received and processed in a timely manner, properly store stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc.\n\nParticipate in pricing changes and markdowns.\n\nAlert store management to cash supply needs.\n\nAssist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc. as directed.\n\nAssist with boutique cleanliness and organization.\n\nCustomer Experience\n\nModel, support and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni channel experience.\n\nTeamwork and Growth\n\nPromote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving.\n\nSeek personal developmental opportunities and readily solicit feedback.\n\nOther duties as assigned. This position may be found in multiple brands. Some duties may vary from brand to brand.\n\nQualifications\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\nPrevious stock or cashier experience preferred.\n\nMust be 18 years of age or older.\n\nExcellent communication skills.\n\nExcellent customer service skills.\n\nStrong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.\n\nAble to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.\n\nMust be able to work the majority of the shift standing.\n\nAbility to work quickly and within strict timelines.\n\nAbility to demonstrate teamwork.\n\nExposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.\n\nCommunicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear/communicate with headset.\n\nRegular attendance is essential; ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nConstant walking/standing – 67‑100% of 8‑hour shift.\n\nOccasional lifting up to 50 lbs. – 1‑33% of 8‑hour shift.\n\nFrequent climbing – 34‑66% of 8‑hour shift.\n\n0632 - The Shops at Coconut Point.\n\nChico’s FAS, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
