They will work closely with the Production Coordinator to understand incoming shipments. The Warehouse Associate assists with inventory control and maintains a company-based threshold for discrepancies. The Warehouse Associate should spend most of their time working in the warehouse and some of their day working in production where needed.\nKey Outcomes:\n1. % of SKUs re-counted for Cycle Count = 96%\nJob Responsibilities:\n· Work with the Production Coordinator on expectations for the day.\n· Coordinate with receiving large orders.\n· Interact and communicate information professionally with the Production team.\n· Participate in weekly “L10 Meetings” and provide appropriate information and feedback on issues and expectations.\n· Participate in the daily morning “huddle” and provide appropriate information and feedback when necessary.\n· Perform other duties as required.\nQualifications:\n· Minimum Education: None; associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.\n· Minimum Experience: None; two years of related fulfillment, warehousing, production and/or manufacturing experience preferred.\n· Must possess effective time-management skills.\n· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n· Must be self-motivated and able to take initiative.\n· Attention to detail and quality and craftsmanship focus is a must.\n· Personal interest in innovative LED lighting products is required.\nPhysical Demands\nMust be able to walk, stand, and sit for up to 8 hours daily. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, carry, climb, and twist based on job location.
