This position is responsible for ensuring accurate data entry, documentation, case processing, and timely communication to support the daily operations of the Pre-Trial Enforcement Unit.\nDuties and Responsibilities\n\nEnter and maintain case data in department computer systems.\nScan and upload documents into electronic case files.\nCheck jail status and update case information as needed.\nRequest offense reports and other supporting documentation.\nMonitor urinalysis (UA) submissions and defendant compliance.\nMaintain accurate, complete, and organized paperwork and records.\nFile, copy, scan, and maintain departmental records and paperwork as needed.\nCommunicate with officers, defendants, attorneys, jail staff, and court personnel.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequired Skills and Abilities\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and complete tasks accurately.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.\nBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.\nAbility to type at least 45 words per minute.\nAbility to work cooperatively as part of a team.\nEducation and Experience\n\nMust have High School diploma or G.E.
