Job Description **This position will require 3-5 weeks of training. After that, it will be remote, but must live in the Grand Rapids area or the Dallas/Ft. Worth area or surrounding areas***We are an installation company that installs: windows, doors, garage door openers and appliances at pre-existing residential homes.Role and ResponsibilitiesScheduling coordinators are expected to provide excellent customer service by managing a customer's availability with our installation team openings, in order to find an appointment time that meets everyone's needs.Manage inbound customer callsMake outbound customer calls as neededReview and place Detail, Installation, and Work Order appointments on the schedule calendarCoordinate customer availability with crew openings to optimize daily routingCoordinate missed or rescheduled appointments due to weather and equipment issuesData Entry and InvoicingNote orders accordingly based on customer communicationQualifications and Education RequirementsExperience in coordinating and routingExperience in a high pace call center atmosphere (preferred)Experience using CRM softwareCustomer service experiencePreferred SkillsKnowledge of the Grand Rapids and surrounding areas in relation to each otherGood phone etiquetteAbility to remain calm under pressureAbility Manage multiple calls simultaneouslyAbility to deescalate customer situations''Benefit Conditions90-day waiting period for medical, dental, and vision, life insurance, short-term disability.8 paid holidays throughout the year.3 days paid SICK DAYS each year, available to use after 6 months.Start accruing PTO immediately.Work RemotelyYes, but the position will require 3-5 weeks of remote training.
