Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Wilmington, DE. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day clerical tasks, maintaining organized records, handling phone communications, and supporting executive staff with administrative duties. Additional responsibilities include preparing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth office operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical SkillsStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication skillsExperience in Executive Administrative AssistanceDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office toolsAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration is a plus
