We’re looking for someone who understands CNC woodworking and can help own the process—from reading drawings and selecting tooling to programming, setup, production, and troubleshooting.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\n* Set up, operate, and program CNC equipment for custom millwork\n* Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs and toolpaths\n* Read engineering drawings and shop drawings\n* Determine proper tooling, feed rates, spindle speeds, and cutting strategies\n* Optimize nesting and material utilization\n* Troubleshoot programs, tooling, cut quality, and machine issues\n* Perform first-piece inspections and verify dimensional accuracy\n* Help develop and improve CNC routings, setup standards, and manufacturing processes\n* Reduce scrap, setup time, cycle time, and rework\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n* CNC router or woodworking CNC experience\n* CNC programming and setup experience strongly preferred\n* Knowledge of *feeds and speeds, tooling, nesting, and toolpaths*\n* Experience with millwork, cabinetry, casework, woodworking, or custom manufacturing\n* Ability to read drawings and dimensional specifications\n* Experience with *Cabinet Vision, Microvellum, AlphaCAM, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, VCarve, or similar CAD/CAM software* is a plus\n* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills\n\nWhy BSI?\n\nBSI has been manufacturing custom products in Denver for more than 40 years.
