The role focuses on client service, renewal communication, and billing support (no collections involved).We are looking for a reliable, dependable, and fast learner with strong organizational and analytical skills. Prior experience in insurance is a plus but not required.All candidates must pass a background check and provide work references. Responsibilities:Handle policy renewal communications with clientsSend billing reminders and follow-upsProcess payments on carrier websitesAssist with Agency Management System (AMS360)Communicate with clients via phone and email in a professional mannerCreate and update Excel spreadsheets as neededUse Outlook daily for communication and organizationPrepare and send letters and client communications via internal platformDownload and organize renewal documents from carriers into client foldersAct as a point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and online requestsSupport renewal of assigned accountsAssist in converting monthly payments to annual payments when applicablePerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Bilingual (Spanish & English or Portuguese $ English) requiredProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks efficientlyFast learner and good listenerAnalytical mindsetTeam player with positive attitudeMust provide work references (will be verified)Must pass background checkBenefits (after probation period):Personal sick daysVacation timeHealth insuranceChoice of one AFLAC policyPaid holidays (major holidays only)Positive and supportive work environment)
