The role involves managing property and financial data, creating reports, and performing analyses using various systems and software tools.\nResponsibilities:\nSystem of Record/Database Entry: Collect and record property, financial, and contractual data using SAMS (the system of record) to manage the customers' property throughout its life cycle.\nData Reconciliation: Reconcile and maintain organizational data within the system of record.\nReports and Analysis: Create business reports to provide insights into key data points and trends. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Power BI to analyze data and prepare accurate, relevant data reports.\nPerformance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet organizational objectives.\nTraining and Development: Assist in the creation and delivery of training materials for our customers employees. Support the development and maintenance of processes, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with the customers' activities.\nData Quality Reviews: Conduct ongoing database record reviews to ensure data quality and accuracy.\nCommunication: Effectively communicate the results of analyses through both written reports and verbal presentations.\nRequired Skills:\nMust to be a US Citizen and have the ability to attain a government background\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting\nExperience with database management and system of record tools like SAMS.\nStrong analytical skills to track and assess performance metrics.\nAbility to develop training materials and deliver effective training sessions.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.\nCompensation:\nAt Graham Technologies, we believe in treating every person the way we want to be treated - fairly.
