This position is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and adjusting cold press forging equipment to safely produce quality metal components.\n\nSchedule: 3rd Shift Sunday NightFriday Morning, 11:00 PM7:30 AM\n1st Shift 700am to 3:30 Mon-Friday\nPay: Based on Experience\nOvertime: Available based on production needs\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\n\nResponsibilities\nSet up and operate cold press forging and related production equipment.\nOperate and monitor machinery using switches, buttons, control panels, and displays.\nAdjust equipment according to established procedures and production requirements.\nLoad and unload metal components as required.\nMonitor machines throughout production to ensure proper operation.\nVisually inspect components for defects and quality issues.\nUse calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices to verify part specifications.\nRecord production and quality information accurately.\nAssist with machine, tooling, and production changeovers.\nRespond promptly to machine alarms, warning lights, and operating signals.\nIdentify basic equipment or production issues and report problems as needed.\nPerform routine cleaning and maintain 5S standards.\nFollow all company safety rules, work instructions, and operating procedures.\n\nQualifications\nPrevious machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.\nCold forming, forging, press operation, or metalworking experience is a plus.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of machine controls.\nExperience using calipers, gauges, or similar measuring instruments preferred.\nAbility to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout an 810 hour shift.\nAbility to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.\n\nPay is based on experience.
