This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and expanding RSI's presence within target industries.The ideal candidate has 5 to10 years of experience selling professional staffing services and a proven ability to develop new client relationships through strategic outreach, networking, and consultative sales. This individual should be comfortable operating independently, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with recruiting teams to deliver staffing solutions that meet client needs.This position is based at RSI's headquarters in Katy, Texas and will involve both inside and outside sales activities. If you are a results-driven staffing sales professional looking to grow with a high-performing team, we'd love to connect.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesIdentify, prospect, and develop new client relationships within target markets. Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and client visits. Generate new business opportunities for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire staffing services. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through contract negotiation and account expansion.Client Relationship ManagementDevelop long-term enterprise staffing partnerships with new and existing clients. Understand client workforce needs and position RSI as a strategic staffing partner. Conduct discovery meetings to assess hiring challenges and recommend staffing solutions. Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.Collaboration & DeliveryPartner closely with RSI's recruiting team to ensure successful placement of candidates. Communicate client requirements clearly to recruiting teams to facilitate efficient candidate delivery. Support account growth through proactive relationship management and identification of additional staffing opportunities.Market & Industry EngagementMaintain awareness of industry trends, hiring demands, and workforce challenges within the IT and professional staffing markets.
