Our passion is building.\n\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields within Workday.\nMigrate legacy reports and reporting processes into the Workday environment while ensuring data accuracy and functionality.\nPartner with Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Payroll, and other business units to gather reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet operational needs.\nAnalyze existing reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements.\nEnsure report definitions, calculations, and business logic are documented and maintained according to company standards.\nTroubleshoot reporting issues and investigate data discrepancies to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity.\nMonitor data quality and collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve reporting and data governance concerns.\nCreate report scheduling and distribution processes to improve timeliness and accessibility of critical business information.\nProvide ongoing support to end users on Workday reporting tools and capabilities.\nParticipate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, system optimization, and enterprise reporting initiatives.\nStay current on Workday reporting capabilities, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.\n2+ years of experience in financial, accounting, HR, business intelligence, or reporting-focused roles.\nExperience developing and maintaining reports within Workday.\nStrong understanding of financial, accounting, and operational reporting concepts.\nKnowledge of Workday Report Writer, Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, and Workday reporting domains.\nAbility to translate complex business requirements into practical reporting solutions.\nAnalytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.\nExperience validating, reconciling, and auditing data for accuracy and consistency.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting best practices.\nAbility to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.\n\nAt Brinkmann Constructors, our passion for people means investing in their financial, mental, and physical well-being.
