Title: Advanced OperatorShift: G - Shift; 5:45PM-6:00AM* Only work 3 (36 hours) to 4 (48 Hours) days per week!Compensation & Benefits:Medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage.401k w/company match.FLSA: Non-Exempt.Essential Accountabilities:Must be proficient in ALL Packer and Entry Operator dutiesComplete start of shift inspection/sanitation of equipmentTrack Sanitation results, Retains/Micros and Product specification complianceComplete quality checks as neededPerform and/or participate in Preventative Maintenance of equipmentWorking knowledge of JDE - appropriate to the Advanced Operator position andresponsibilities.Know and understand non-conformity manualMaintain good run adjustments i.e., print registration, label adjustments, substratedimensions and folds)Complete minor machine changeovers (film, label, paper and box sizes)Complete and/or participate in major changeoversCommunicate information to on-coming shiftMust be able to maintain 6S complianceRotate into any position as needed due to absences, breaks, etc.Must be able to lift 50 poundsMust be able to stand at least 8-12 hoursMust be able to walk long distancesRequired to wear PPE, including hair net, beard net and any other as required for jobClean any area of the facility as assigned or needed to maintain cgmpAll other tasks assigned by supervisor.Perform other work-related duties as assignedYou have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in asafe manner.
