Whether you aspire to be a leader or a technical expert, this position will set you up for success in the future.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nThe Safety Engineer will work to identify factors leading to increase safety awareness in our facilities and work with our internal team towards solutions in support of an accident free work environment. This position will take a lead role in improving the Safety Performance in safety awareness, culture and accident reductions.\nAssure multi-site implementation of company safety policies and procedures with respect to employee health and safety, occupational safety and health regulatory compliance, and environmental compliance.\nProvide accurate technical guidance on health and safety issues.\nConduct routine internal safety audits.\nConduct accident investigations with results focusing on root causes and corrective actions.\nEnsure safe procedures are developed and implemented for new equipment and newer technologies such as robotics, lasers, radiation, and other hazardous processes.\nConduct or coordinate effective dissemination of safety initiatives through direct training including required compliance training, technical training, and new employee orientation/readiness training.\nServe at lead for safety improvements and Safety Team for each Site.\n\nWe value our employees by providing:\nCompetitive compensation based on skills\nIndustry leading health, dental, and vision plans\nGenerous 401 (K) savings and profit sharing\nEducation assistance and internal training programs\nElectric vehicle charging\nMaternity & paternity leave\nInterested in learning more on our robust benefits package we offer?
