This position is responsible for automating infrastructure, embedding security into CI/CD pipelines, and managing network and system operations across both cloud and on‑premises environments. This position will support the IT Operations team’s initiatives to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient delivery of IT services across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in network architecture, systems administration, and security best practices.\nEmbeds security controls and compliance checks into CI/CD workflows.\nAutomates infrastructure provisioning using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.\nCollaborates with development teams to ensure secure code deployment.\nDesigns, configures, and maintains secure network architectures (LAN/WAN/VPN/Firewall).\nMonitors network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.\nImplants network segmentation and zero‑trust principles.\nManages Linux and Windows servers, including patching, backups, and performance tuning.\nMaintains high availability and disaster recovery strategies.\nAdministers IAM, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.\nConducts vulnerability assessments and remediate findings.\nManages endpoint protection, SIEM tools, and intrusion detection systems.\nEnsures compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or SOC 2.\nSupports the IT Operations Manager and team, including resource planning, performance management, and professional development.\nDevelops and enforces IT operational policies, procedures, and best practices.\nAttends and actively participate in weekly meetings.\nCoordinates with the IT team to meet departmental objectives.\nProvides emergency 24x7 on‑call support on a rotating basis.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nQualifications, Skills, Abilities and Educational Requirements Required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field\n5 – 7 years of experience in DevOps, SecOps, or Systems/Network Administration\nExperience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)\nStrong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\nProficiency with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)\nStrong knowledge of networking including TCP/IP, Ethernet, CISCO UCS, NetApp, Microsoft Office 365, switching, routing protocols (BGP/OSPF), 802.1Q, and DNS\nStrong technical aptitude and ability to research and solve complex issues independently\nAbility to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills\nAbility to work in a fast‑paced and high‑volume environment\nProactive self‑starter with strong attention to detail\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written\nPreferred Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, Security+)\nInter-Relationships Regular interaction with internal customers, peers, end‑users, and leadership.
