{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"f78d8a2b487af2284492f09d","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/f78d8a2b487af2284492f09d","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/f78d8a2b487af2284492f09d","title":"Electrical Field Engineer","description":"Job Title: Electrical Field Engineer\nJob Type: Full-time direct hire\nJob Location: Kingman, Arizona (Onsite)\nSalary: DoE\nWork Authorisation: US Citizen/GC\nJob Description\nWe are seeking an Electrical Field Engineer for a major project in Kingman, Arizona.\nResponsibilities:\nCarry out innovative detailed designs as required for specific disciplines following good engineering practices.\nEnsure that the discipline designs are carried out in accordance with client standards and specifications, industry standards and the relevant legislation (quality of design)\nProvide design interface between disciplines.\nEnsure (certified) design information received from vendors, contractors and consultants is accurate and interfaces with other designs.\nEnsure assigned packages are installed / constructed in accordance with the project & vendor specifications.\nManage, inspect, and release the relevant items of procurement, fabrication and construction within areas of discipline and responsibility.\nEnsure the effective (peer) review and approval of discipline design.\nEnsure continuous improvement, lessons learnt, value engineering, fit for purpose and latest technologies are implemented.\nCarry the responsibility for the engineering discipline sign off.\nInterface with internal and external design and drafting disciplines\nProvide discipline input for studies and proposals.\nProvide engineering support to the site team.\nPerform commissioning discipline activities.\nManage the mark-up and back drafting of redline drawings.\nMentoring of subordinators if applicable\nTakes ownership for personal development (within industry through registration and within company) Provide input into all SHE matters, actively participate, and promote a total safety culture.\nManage the program (time), cost, quality, risk, and scope of assigned procurement packages.\nParticipate in the Total Safety Culture and site safety requirements.\nAssist with the commissioning of the assigned packages in accordance with the project & vendor specifications.\nEnsure that reports are structured, accurate, complete, and well presented.\nDisplay proactive communication with project team with respect to discipline interface and problem solving.\nRequirements:\n10+ years of experience in a similar role within a multi-disciplinary team in Industrial Mining & Minerals, Oil & Gas or equivalent EPCM environment\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering\nRegistered as a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Arizona -
