Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Quality & Operational Excellence Leader __In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving performance in one or more group-wide core Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs. Each day, you will support HSE Function Program Managers by applying specialist knowledge with the aim of offering solutions and advice to cultivate a high-performance culture with a strong focus on HSE. You will also showcase your expertise by assisting in the delivery of HSE program plans.The work model for the role is: Houston, TX; #Li-HybridYour role and responsibilities:Collecting, analyzing, and reporting the performance to the relevant stakeholders, utilizing HSE Key Performance Indicators.Supporting the delivery of annual plans and implementation of HSE objectives within your assigned area of responsibility.Supporting and driving behavioral change to continuously improve HSE performance through coordinated core programs and initiatives.Facilitating the sharing of best practices and applies standardized processes globally to deliver consistent HSE support.Our Team DynamicsOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning.
