We support Contract Intelligence and CLM offerings to business partners, building AI-powered solutions to streamline contract drafting, negotiation, review, approval, and management. You will serve as a key individual contributor responsible for the day-to-day operational health and long-term growth of Workday''s Evisort platform.\r\nManage daily operational support for contract lifecycle across GPO, Legal, and GTM environments, ensuring system reliability and performance for business partners.\r\nOwn the roadmap and architecture strategy for builds and deployments; define how the platform evolves to meet emerging business needs.\r\nPartner with source-to-pay business teams to understand requirements and translate them into well-designed configurations and solutions.\r\nEvaluate existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and scalability.\r\nCollaborate across functional areas to ensure alignment between system capabilities and business objectives during new implementations.\r\nDocument system architecture decisions, configurations, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.\r\nResponsibilities Lead day-to-day operations and long-term growth of contract lifecycle management within the platform.\r\nDefine and maintain configuration standards and deployment practices.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.\r\nAssess and optimize processes for efficiency, scalability, and risk reduction.\r\nEnsure security, reliability, and compliance of enterprise systems.\r\nQualifications Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in enterprise application administration or functional architecture; 5+ years in contract lifecycle management platforms.\r\nOther Qualifications: System configuration, troubleshooting, security, and performance optimization; strong business analysis, process capability analysis, and process design skills; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\r\nCompensation and Benefits Workday pay transparency: base salary ranges vary by location.
