Technical National Account Manager - USD65K - 85K/year

We are seeking a national account manager to join our team; the National account manager is responsible for managing one or more of our key accounts with locations throughout the United States. They are the primary point of contact between the company and the client, working to understand the client's needs and align the company's products or services to meet those needs. This position owns the client lifecycle from proposal to project management, training and post installation point of contact. This is not a sales role, all new opportunities are qualified when handed off to the National account manager.✅ Responsibilities:• Maintain relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, includingnational accounts.• Create strategic plans: Execute sales strategies, promotional plans, and pricing strategies to increase sales and market share, maximize profitability, and differentiate products.• Analyze data: Analyze sales statistics, customer data, and market trends to determinesales potential, technology requirements, and opportunities.• Monitor and report: Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, andcompetitive landscape.• Negotiate and resolve: Negotiate contracts and resolve issues.• Collaborate: Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and engineering, and attend industry events.• Ensure satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction and brand consistency.• Client Updates: Provide daily and weekly updates to client stakeholders.• Build Proposals: Use company templates to build proposals for national projects, thisincludes new construction, retrofits and site upgrades.• Project management: Act as PM for all national projects, this includes end to end project management including managing remote resources for installation of our hardware and deployment of our services.• Client Training: Act as the point person for client training post installation.• Act as POC for all national account stakeholders pre- and post-sale✅ Requirements:• Experience as a National Account Manager.• Good communication skills (verbal and written).• Experience in construction.• Experience with low voltage cabling deployments.• Experience with security projects. (Access control and CCTV installations.)• Experience with VoIP deployments.• Networking experience a plus (both wired and wireless networks).• Problem-solving skills.• Good negotiation skills.• Proficient with the use of a CRM and design software.• Displaying professionalism and leadership skills.• Able to travel as needed. (Likely 2-3 times per year to spot check installations.)• BA/B.Sc. degree in Business, engineering or a related field.• PMP preferred
