(Supported across Agile and Systems Team documentation requirements).\n\nQualifications:\n\nRequired:\n\nBachelor’s Degree in computer science or an IT-related degree with 7-10 years’ experience\nExperience creating and maintaining system documentation, training materials, and procedural artifacts.\nExperience supporting onboarding, operational documentation, and user readiness.\nExperience ensuring compliance with VA SDLC, RMF, NIST, and enterprise architecture documentation requirements.\nExperience maintaining artifact traceability and organizing materials within enterprise repositories (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Confluence).\nExcellent technical writing and documentation skills.\nKnowledge of Agile, DevSecOps, and SDLC documentation workflows.\nPublic Trust\n\nPreferred:\n\nKnowledge Management certification (KM Institute or equivalent).\nTechnical Writing certification.\nSAFe/Agile certifications (SP, PO/PM, SSM).\nITIL Foundation (for service documentation alignment).\n\nSalary Range: $105,000 - $130,000\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline.
